If you compare between baking and frying, you can already assume that frying can be riskier to your health than baking especially if you are not a graduate or a degree holder of culinary school, as chemically-based hazards that can be found in cooking may not be taught when you are still at school and only to those people who are fully knowledgeable like chefs.
Although baking and frying have a lot of differences when it comes to its health factors, one of the hazards that pose both methods of cooking have some similarities to it.
For frying, the food is cooked in oil or in fact in high temperatures and are always characterizes to have a crisp texture considering that oils and fat are able to reach higher temperatures compared to water. The most common fried foods are breaded or battered meat, vegetables, chips, and doughnuts that totally differentiate to baked recipes.

Baking usually refers to roasting, where the moisture within the food is turned into steam completely that is mixed with the dry heat of the oven to cook the food completely. Baking can cook meat, fish, bread, pastries, and even vegetables, and compared to frying, baked food requires little to no fat.
According to studies, both baking and frying foods contain potentially cancer-causing chemicals, but baking is very considerate when it comes to using lesser fat and oil to food compared to frying, despite the fact that our body also needs fat in our diet, but the most important thing is to incorporate healthy ways to get fat in our diet aside from frying food considering that there are a lot of easy baking recipes for beginners.
